1. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
The product received is wrong
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned after the return window.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
You must provide correct bank/UPI details
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
In case of a return due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by us.
For returns requested for any other reason, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
